Klang ist der gemeinsame Nenner meiner Werkgruppen.
Ich bin keine Komponistin, meine Musik ist nicht autonom,
keine Malerin, denn meine Farbe ist nicht frei, sie ist Notation,
keine Bildhauerin, Licht- oder Medienkünstlerin, Instrumentalistin,
auch keine Technikerin, Gärtnerin oder Bühnenbildnerin…
und doch: Ich bin von allem ein bißchen.

Meine Kompositionen kann man nicht nur hören,
sondern auch sehen, oft riechen, manchmal tasten.
Ich male Musikstücke, forme Töne wie Plastiken.
In meinen Klangobjekten setze ich anorganische Materialien,
Pflanzliches und Immaterielles sinnbildlich zueinander in Beziehung,
komponiere auch Aggregatzustände.

Meine ortsbezogenen Installationen in Innen- oder
Außenräumen sind meist nur kurzlebige Werke…
Ich reflektiere künstlerisch, kitzle die Wahrnehmung
und hoffe, die Seele zum Klingen zu bringen.

Sound is the common denominator for my cycles of work.
I am not a composer, my music is not autonomous,
not a painter, since my colour is not for colour’s sake, it is musical notation,
no sculptor, light or media artist or instrumentalist,
not a technician, gardener or stage-set designer
and yet: I am a little of all these.

My compositions can not only be heard but also seen,
often smelled, sometimes touched, felt.
I paint pieces of music, shaping sounds like sculptures.
In my sound objects I place anorganic matter,
vegetable and non-material subjects in a symbolic relationship to one another,
as well as composing aggregate states.

My site-specific installations in indoor and outdoor spaces
are mostly works with a short lifespan.
I contemplate through art teasing perception
and hoping to set up a resonance of spirit.
